I received the goods. They look the same, but how do you differentiate Downstream/Upstream?

They look the same cause they are the same. Meaning they will only fit either upstream or downstream. It’s not an complete set of O2 sensors for all four oxygen sensors

will these o2 sensors replace all 4 sensors on a 2005 grand marquis 4.6 liter v8?

I put all 4 in a 95 Ford Windstar a couple weeks later the engine light came back on

this sensors works with the explorer 2010 4.6L ?

Be sure to check the wiring connection also make sure they are upstream and or downstream that you need

I purchased these for my wife's 1996 Ford Mustang but how can you tell which ones are upstream and downstream ?

They are all the same, I think upstream and downstream are for the purpose of identifying the position of a detective sensor.
