Just Relax.
I have tried other brands of magnesium which I feel that there strenth was a little weak per drop, However this one is for me hits the spot, definitely less aches and pains And helps relaxation of the mind.

Brilliant
This is my second purchase of this. My husband suffers from Ankylosing Spondylitis and I read than magnesium helps. Call it coincidence but for the last week his back has been less painful and he has managed to play golf. Ok it may be the illness in remission but when it runs out, I will leave a gap of a week to see if the pain and symptoms return and report back again. So far, so good. It works and that is the main thing. I also bought the magnesium oil for massaging into skin. Maybe it is the combination of the two. Who know. Just know it is working.

Does the job
I must admit first time using mag supp, but after feeling like I was perhaps low I tried this and it really helped. Seems to absorb nicely I feel the effect very quickly , helped reduce anxiety and cramping .
