Vanilla Extract Powder - Non-GMO & Alcohol-Free & Easy to Mix - 5.29oz/150g

It smells like cake! When I opened it I was pleasantly surprised. It is a great addition to any cooking. I can imagine it would take cookies and cakes to a whole new level of yumminess.

I really like this for my coffee. As a diabetic I am looking for something to put in my coffee with cream and this is really good. It has been difficult for me to find something that works well and no sugar so I would recommend this one.

I could not figure out how to get my matcha to taste like my coffee shop’s, I know they used Vanilla as an additive but every vanilla product I tried just didn’t taste the same until I tried AKI Vanilla, so good. I knew it was going to be good when I opened it and smell the vanilla aroma. It took my matcha drink to a whole other level.

Was planning to use in homemade instant pudding mix but not sure the price is worth it bc its not very strong.

I LOVE this. It tastes like classic vanilla, without the alcohol taste. I add this to ice cream, tea and other drinks, in baked goods, etc.

I love this stuff I actually have been using it to make my own flavored collagen and protein powder because I’m trying to stay away from sugar and sugar substitutes and this does have a little mono fruit but honestly this whole container can flavor two over 21oz containers of collagen and or one 23oz tub of protein powder I like it stronger in the protein powder but yeah love this stuff can’t get enough also great addition of making nice cream or smoothies or a extra boost to your coffee but it is pricey so I limit my uses

Good product at a good price

I really love this vanilla powder, everything about it in the way the company says it’s extracted, as well as the use of monk fruit for additional sweetening, over any other sweetener, except it for not being organic (which would make it even more expensive than what it already is). The only problem is that the flavor doesn’t last whatsoever. I added this powder to some of my smoothies, and the flavor completely dissolved in it, and I couldn’t taste the vanilla at all, and I added more and still no vanilla taste. I added more yet again, but didn’t want to keep going and waste a bunch of the powder to see how much it would take (if any amount) to get the vanilla taste. This was in a test size of about 6oz of my remaining smoothie. It’s a shame because it tastes really good - because of that, I actually ended up buying the (currently) largest available size at 2lbs. (after my initial purchase of this smaller size), currently selling for $100. Since I’m not eating any processed sugar, any sweeteners, or other processed foods, and eating mostly raw, whole foods plant based (high greens, low fruit), I’m consuming this like my “treat” or powdered candy out of a bag because straight on the tongue is the only place worth putting this powder on, since it dissolves immediately upon contact with liquid, along with the fast-dissipating flavor. You might get away with dusting it like powdered sugar on top of baked goods or something like that, but I personally would be afraid of wasting most of it, dissolving into the pastries/ baked goods. Because of the cost and the fact it doesn’t last, I may or may not buy this again in the future, but would not remain a steady/ loyal customer due to these factors, along with price factoring into its value. The lesson I keep coming to is, if you want unnatural flavors to feed modern-day food addictions, you’re always going to have to pay the price. If you’re going to do so, learn to do it on rare occasions. We’ve been conditioned to crave hyper-concentrated flavors not found in nature and in their whole food state. It’s going to take time to retrain your tastebuds into more natural expectations on how food is supposed to taste like in more natural states, instead of looking for dopamine hits off of the foods and beverages we consume.
