You take pure vanilla bean, then do a water extraction - dry the extract. I can't imagine how many beans to get 150 gms and charge $23 What filler?

Hi,
Thanks for asking, Our extract ratio of vanilla is 10:1, which means that 10kg of raw material is used to extract 1kg of vanilla powder. So 150g of vanilla powder requires 1.5kg of raw material.
The only thing that is added is 2% natural Monk fruit as a sweetening agent to amplify the taste and give a special touch to our vanilla.
The (COA) Certificate of Analysis made by a sort-part will be available shortly and can be sent on request.

Are there any other ingredients, natural or synthetic, other than vanilla extract powder, as it’s not indicated under this listing’s ingredients list?

The ingredient list is indicated on the label of the jar:  Vanilla extract as the first ingredient, and 2nd ingredient Monk fruit at 2%.

How does this taste compared to other ground vanilla bean products?

This is the first time that I tried powdered vanilla.  It doesn’t taste like the real vanilla bean, the label says “natural vanilla extract powder, 2% natural monk fruit powder” but taste like artificial flavor and is pretty sweet so not sure about the amount of sweetener added.
