These are the best, the longest cement splash blocks I can find. Very heavy which is great because they don't break, last forever, don't blow away or easily get stolen. Any shorter splash block is worthless, this is the bare minimum for foundation protection (more would be better, but you can't find bigger splashblocks than these nor could you lift them). Well worth the money and the shipping. I've sometimes pre-treated them with the recommended silicone cement protector, and sometimes not. I think that has more affect on appearance than longevity. The newer coated ones look like brand new except some spots from coating, possibly need re-coating by now. The 25 year old one is fairly evenly duller and darkened. Coating required multiple coats, no rain (I used open garage) day to dry, I don't think I'll bother to coat in future.

Expensive and the shipping was ridiculous, but it does the job. Put a sealant layer on it so it lasts but worth it for a once in a lifetime purchase. You’ll never have to buy another one and it sure beats the crap you find in the stores. Exactly what I needed.
