Really handy once you get into the swing of using it.

I bought this product as I saw one on a TV craft show. I was so disappointed when it came. The quality was poor and the product was flimsy. It should have come with a tapestry needle, but this was missing. The instructions were very unclear and hard to follow. Used a YouTube tutorial to get me started. Although I managed to produce a cord with it, this was not easy to achieve, as you have to hold the product constantly to ensure that the weight at the bottom is balanced, otherwise the work gets knotted. Not a pleasant crafting experience, would rather knit the cord or use a traditional French knitting doll.

Takes a lot of getting used to, with time it's brilliant. Only draw back, no wire caps to stop wire coming through you work.

Well it's my 3rd one of these tried all types of yarn and settled on 4ply I have literally done miles of the stuff however the machine only works if you get a good one . I have 2 that are totally incapable of producing a knitted string !! It is not me ! I know exactly how to use it and have had many happy hours of winding . All I can suggest is if it doesn't want to work after a bit of practice then return it . It's not you . Also I feel compelled to mention the obvious false advertising !!! How exactly can a machine that produces knitted strings ,produce a pair of crochet gloves ??? It certainly can't make a woven bracelet, nor can it produce a cable hat ,or jumper , you would have to literally wind miles of the stuff and THEN knit it or crochet it into said items !!! On reflection a fantastic machine if you get one that works .

Do not buy this machine. The handle snapped off after 5 rotations. Its a useless piece of plastic. Half the needles were missing too.

Love this item, only suitable with 4ply wool, but great for money

Doesn’t actually do what it says on the tin. The problem with this item is getting the the right yarn for this machine. I couldn’t find any either to thin or too thick. The problems with a thicker yarns is that they tend to fray easiliy and the frayed yarn will clog the machine up. I used a finer yarn and it sort of worked and then the machine got choked up and that was it! Pros Cheap (nasty cheap) Cons The construction of this item is very poor. The plastic looks very cheap. The hooks keep on getting chocked up or get stuck in their closed position. Very temperamental. The instructions are the worst part about this item. If you try to follow the instructions you won’t get far because as written they do not make sense. The only way I got this to work was by watching a YouTuber show you how to thread the yarn correctly. Once I had seen this it clicked with me. Finding the right yarn for this item is the main issue.

Het is even wennen om aan te leren, maar op you tube zijn er voldoende filmpjes over hoe je het moet gebruiken.
