Sicuramente i concetti contenuti in questo libricino di lettura facile e spedita sono tutti già noti e fanno parte del senso comune delle persone più attente ed organizzate. La cosa sicuramente utile è avere un piccolo testo che aiuta a riflettere su queste cose con esempi semplici e concreti.

While most of what is in this book might seem like common sense, it really is a nice boiled down theme. It is told in the form of a story, not a typical managerial reading type of book. I’d recommend it.

EVERY MANAGER MUST READ IT.

This is a concise book, easy to read and get into. It provides great guidelines for how to delegate. Many of my clients are entrepreneurs who reach a certain level of success and then get overwhelmed because they can't delegate. I recommend this books highly if it's time to delegate but you're not sure how.

Embrace delegation! That is the way to go!
