Warranty not supported in UAE
This was a great little machine... while it worked. But when it broke down less than a year after purchase I found that the manufacturer does not honour the manufacturer's warranty in the UAE as it is not an "official UAE model", so they do not carry parts. I was told it was just tough luck, and I needed to buy a new machine. If you are looking for a Dulce Gusto machine and you are in the UAE, make sure you purchase a DeLonghi model (such as the Piccolo), not a Krups model (like this Mini Me). It is a shame as I have had excellent experience with Krups machines over the years, it is just that there is no warranty cover for their Dulce Gusto machines in UAE.

Ben oğluma aldım hepimiz çok beğendik kullanimi kolay. Tek sıkıntı kapsül kahveler çok pahalı . 16 li adetler halinde oluşu da benim için az geldi çoklu almayı tercih ettiğim için sanırım. Makine hem sıcak hemde soğuk yapıyor tavsiye ederim hem fiyatida uygun

Compatta e comodissima, buon caffè!
Uso la Dolce Gusto da anni e questa è la terza macchina che acquisto. Mi trovo davvero molto bene: è piccola, compatta e comodissima da utilizzare. Trovo particolarmente utile la funzione di auto-stop, che permette di scegliere la quantità di bevanda da erogare senza dover interrompere manualmente l’erogazione. Inoltre, si trovano facilmente sia le capsule originali sia quelle compatibili, quindi è possibile scegliere la marca che si preferisce. Un’ottima macchina, pratica e funzionale, soprattutto per chi ha poco spazio.
