Loving it so far.
Well made. 2 hp outs are a huge bonus. Hi-z inputs on front and 4 xlr in the back, thunderbolt connectivity. Great software control panel with a multitude of effects. The signal mapping is elegantly laid out, and the mixer is intuitive. Great for home studio, live recording, or even small group performance.

Love it
Overall, the Zen Tour is outstanding. It’s flexable as hell, and after adjusting to the small learning curve, routing is simple and elegant. Conversion and clocking is absolutely top tier, and the amount I/O provided (for the price) is mind boggling. The four included xlr mic pre’s are pristine, the monitor conversion is top tier, and the included effects are killer (they’re seriously good). The headphone amps are also great. Sadly, though, the driver simply isn’t up to par. Being forced to disable driver signature enforcement on Windows 10 machines in order to make the device work is absolutely unacceptable, and it’s something I hope they fix In the future.

You can't go wrong! THE BEST!! Old reviews... need to be deleted.
This is the best interface I have use. I guarantee you've came across this review in search for the right piece of gear. I got rid of ALL my UAD gear. (money pit) - The plugin effects are easily on par with UAD without the additional price tag. Did I mention, money pit... If you're in the market for Hi-Fi, I would/did get this! There were, (I repeat) WERE little issues in the beginning, I should say "user issues" and small a learning curve with routing, but once you get it, it's 10x better the anything else out there. As far as the customer service, it's the best i have worked with. When I had an issue, simply jump on chat, and they were so fast to fix the problem, I was back up and running within 5-10minutes, no joke. I'll be using this for home recording, live recording, I'm actually going to use this with my Bose system as my guitar, bass and vocal amps all in one unit for my live shows... I/O is plenty. I can easily record every show I play and produce any song I write and know, it's gonna be radio worthy!! Can't be beat. You really can't. I've had the unot now for about 5 months.... I'll have it for a lot longer. Have questions: hit me up!! Cheers!

Not Ready for Prime Time
After 6 months I'm on my third Zen Tour. The first two had hardware defects and were replaced. The third one turns on without issue (which the others didn't do after a few weeks) but has so many software issues that it is basically unusable. I've been working with tech support for months. They are extremely slow to respond and haven't been able to get it to work. I gave Antelope the benefit of the doubt for 6 months, but its time for me to move on to something that is reliable.

The Zen Tour is one of the best interfaces on the market
The Zen Tour is one of the best interfaces on the market. I would put it ahead of just about any interface out there from form to function. I have been using it for the past 8 months and have had no problems. For the people who have been having issues with them, that's unfortuante, but at least Antelope is really good about replacing defective units immediately. At least when they do work, which it seems is about 99% of the time, they're incredible to work with, and portable!
