The insoles work great to alleviate my foot pain.

I like these, but they're expensive. I buy multiples so I can fit more than one shoe. At >$50 a pop, that hurts. I do feel they help my foot pain, though. Kudos for that. Please make them easier on the budget!

So far so good re: comfort but disappointed that they don't go all the way to the end of the boot. I wear a size 10 women's and bought the size that was supposed to fit up to size 10 but there is a 1/2" gap at then end in the toe box. The insole doesn't slip but it fed weird to have my toes hanging off. Haven't done a long hike yet but hoping for the best.

Recommended by my orthopedic doctor, I found these easy to customize with great support and just the right amount of cushioning. They have helped reduce my knee pain. They can be “remolded” up to 5 times per the instructions. I haven’t done this yet, but the material appears sturdy enough to do so so that you could mold it into a different shoe. While this could potentially be annoying to do, it certainly would be more economical than buying a bunch for different shoes.

Easy to heat form and seem to be working as advertised. I have no complaints.

Could not trim the stiff material. This insert is way too wide to fit into my shoes and I am unable to trim to fit my shoes. (I don't have the proper scissors for such a project.) So I am stuck with this product because it is now too late to return. If the manufacturer has any suggestions for how to trim their product I would greatly appreciate it. Added note: the manufacturer has replied and informed that: " You can only trim them at the end of the "toe box" area where they are flexible... you can not cut or trim on the sides or back.. If they are too wide in that area then return them if you are within the policy. Too bad they didn't tell this buyer before she bought the product.
