This flavor and the orange is my favorites. I don't care for the Iced Tea flavor, I had noticed a after taste and it made my mouth feel dry. These unfortunately are just like the flavored water products you see in any stores that carries other brands. I have had good and bad as well. The reason I have bought these is at the time, these were cheaper than the stores (especially since you are buying 2 at a time) for the amount you are getting and usually they are out. They will help you drink more water which is better for you and it's a change from Lemon water.

This is a good flavoring for sparkling water but for someone with arthritic hands it is all but impossible to use it due to the package, which requires a lot of force to dispense.
