Good curcumin supplement
I opt for Longvida because of the studies showing that it is more absorbable and is particular good for brain health. The pigment of the curcumin in this supplement is strong unlike some other brands I have tried which aren't as robust. Would recommend.

Good quality, great value
These are good quality longvida curcumin capsules that work out cheaper than other brands I've used. The 400mg capsules are smaller than usual so easier to swallow if you struggle with this. The packaging and branding is decent and I'll be using these again when I need to order more.

Good quality product
I've tried several curcumin supplements. I have been using this for a few months now and this is the best I have found so far. Good value for money. I will be buying this product again.

Felt not much different but not bad
Unlike another Longvida Tumeric product from Ingenious that cost more I felt not much on this one. I wish it worked like the other Longvida product . I gave 3 stars because this is good value for money the price compared to the other one .

Delivery was super quick. This product uses the longvida brand of curcumin which means it’s more stable & optimised to get into blood & muscle tissues, unlike tumeric.
