If you are looking for a knife like this it is well worth it and very well built. It is heavy but I like the heavy weight of the knife . If you are looking for a knife to cut meat or melons this one will do it without question! I would definitely recommend it. It’s large and impressive. Just know it is a little heavier than your average knife so don’t be surprised by its weight. I can also tell you it’s sharp. I showed my girlfriend and it shaved my arm like a razor.

Absolutely the sharpest out of the box Cleaver I've ever owned the workmanship is absolutely excellent the cleaver is Sharp As a Razor. I've owned several dalstong cutlerys all excellent in their materials used the craftsmanship as well as their designs. I like this Cleaver so much that I bought two of them one directly from Dalstrong and one from Amazon. Would absolutely recommend this to friends family and coworkers.

This thing is enormous; calling it a knife is not sufficient. We had to send it back because there is a child in our home and there was no way to keep it safely stored in the kitchen. It's a bone-breaker for sure. Beautiful piece, lovely packaging, but we couldn't risk it.
