I started using this almost 10 years ago when I was sick of getting sick 2-3 times a year during the winter. I always carry a small bottle with me with the teardropper cap. when you buy it, be sure to by the Echinacea with grain alcohol in it. the reason is that you put it under your toungue, 20 drops or so and let it rapidly absorb. this is your best chance to stop cold dead in its track. I usually am able to beat a cold 9 times out of 10 as for before I would get sick 2-3 times a winter. Echinacea Extract has remained my first choice in strengthening my immune system even since a herbalist recommended it to me. It does not taste great, but it ABSOLUTELY wards of a cold if you start taking it the moment you get the first symptom, and it surely wards it off -- at least it has always worked that way for me. If a cold caught me before I stocked up on my supply. it still helps in cutting down the duration of that cold. Vitamin C is the usual go to for most who wish to defend against or ward off a cold, but my body does not tolerate that vitamin, which is why I am so grateful to have this now. I’m a pro herbalist whose parents ignorantly removed my toncils in my youth. So my lymph need extra support. This is my favorite brand...very strong. Ive not had a cold in over twenty years...by: when I first get a sore throat, pour a bottle of this in a gallon of apple juice with a quarter cup of ginger juice, and drink or eat nothing but this for three days....drink it hot. Also remember that echinacea grows rapidly useless over a couple month of storage....so capsules are often too old. Tincture is by far the best way to take it.
