Will this product have a size deviation?

Handlebars are I think but the distance of the child seat to adult seat (i.e. distance between kids back and your stomach is determined by the frame that attaches the seat to the bike. I'm a six foot man and it was a squeeze. I got about 3 months out of this with my 3 year old. With my knees sticking out a bit, then I drilled some extra holes into the frame to move the seat up a bit. I got another couple of months before it got too hard (as my kid got heavier I needed a full swing of my legs cycling). This is a great product for the price but if your doing lots i'd spend a bit of money and buy a decent rear seat or handle bar seat. This was the only option for a cross bar seat for my as my cables. run along the top of the cross bar.

Does this todler seat fits a cruise bike?

I think it fit a cruise bike. The weather hasn’t been great so we haven’t had a chance to really spend much time on it yet but our initial test run with our 2 year old was a success! I have high hopes for summer family be bike rides! My husband said the install was a little tricky like other reviewers have commented but he figured it out and also declined watching the instructional video so that might have solved his issues. Overall feeling good about this product!
