Easy to follow directions, but sadly did not work for me. I tried twice - first time with one tab in hot water with 30 minute soak. No change at all. Tried again with two tabs and boiling water for 30 minute soak. Again no change at all. Picture shows mug after attempting twice. May work for other applications, but not mine.

My Yeti cup was pretty stained, but I thought this product would have done a better job. Even after three tablets there are still stains.

I used this to clean the glass coffee carafe that I use with my automatic drip coffee maker. It worked okay but didn't get every single speck. I still had to wash and scrub a few places in the bottom after letting this soak per the directions. They are easy to use but I didn't care for the way they were packaged. I didn't smell any scent with them and I did like the way they foamed. They just aren't something I would order again.

Not much positive to say about this product. Does remove coffee stains, purpose I bought the to do and to remove the odor you spend way too much time trying to rinse it clear. And the odor remains for the most part along with most of the stains.

These tablets came in a plastic bag with no instructions on how to use. The package referred you to the Urnex website which was totally useless! I have used two of the tablets and they did NOTHING to clean the travel mug. Terribly disappointed!

I've been using these in our water bottles and just used two in our dogs upside-down water bottle that dispenses into their bowl. They work well. I'm pleased and recommend them to anyone considering them. I like keeping our bottles clean!
