The Inscription was as I asked for and was completed in quick time.

Thus is a lovely Tankard
My husband loves his tankard. The only small gripe I have is the inscription looks a little too big. The letters a about 1 inch sq would have looked nicer a little smaller. The value and quality are good.

Faulty item and poor quality steel
Courteous service. Got item replacement. Initially, I received faulty item with a bump in the mug. I complained about it and they sent another new mug. Not suitable for a hot drink as the taste gets changed when u use this mug. The quality of steel is not strong enough to maintain its shape when pressed.
