As someone who has suffered from anxiety for most of my life I am always looking for something that will make my life easier when I never know what is ahead. I have had my share of trying different over the counter aids for my anxiety I found the patches to be great for something I did not have to worry where I was as well as how I was going to handle an attack happened. The patch when I used it I found not only gave me comfort but also did not make me feel medicated that I could not be in control of myself something I worry about often. I would recommend the patches for someone needing help to control their anxiety.

My only complaint is that the patches leave a mark that is an outline of a square. Other than that I like how easy they are to use. I feel a difference when I wear them a few days at a time. I deal with depression and not currently on meds so these are a good buffer. Not comparable to antidepressants but a good calming affect.

Barely works if at all. I was looking forward to these based on the claims in the ad. I tried them for days and I can't really tell a difference in calmness. I would much prefer natural remedies, but these are basically NO remedy for anxiety, even mild anxiety. This was an expensive lesson.

Purchased for myself. I found myself growing more anxious and stressed. I wanted to find a natural remedy but something I didn't need to add to my morning vitamin routine. This was a good solution for me. I can use as needed and I am not adding another vitamin to remember.

These patches are a great way to help calm your mind. For those that get easily anxious these do help calm your body and mind in a bit of time. I will use again when feeling anxious or when I know I could be anxious.

I have really bad anxiety and I was really hoping these would help me but i still found myself getting anxious and nervous even as i was wearing the patch. But maybe for someone with very mild anxiety they might work but not for me 😥
