Deliciousness 😋
Delicious! I rubbed it on coppa chops smeared with yellow mustard and grilled to a perfect 145.

A great rub for pulled pork
Great flavor. A little sweetness to go with the savory. It makes a nice bark. After shredding the pork, I added a little more rub. It was phenomenal.

Don’t use this for ribs
This run is awesome, smells great, etc. but I wanted to try it for ribs and it was definitely too hot for that. When I was pouring it on my ribs as a dry rub I noticed a ton of red chili flakes and seeds. So unless you want some spicy Korean bbq ribs I’d suggest something else. The ribs still were amazing, I just did not expect the back end heat on it. I think it would be a lot better for pulled pork instead, and that’s what is mainly for. It’s a good rub to have and to use, I just don’t anticipate the amount of heat it has.

It’s good stuff
Tried it on pork butt and it was very good. Sweet with crushed red pepper. Some smoked flavor paprika I believe. Overall a good flavor with pork

New kitchen staple
This makes the best crockpot pulled pork! It does have a bit of spice but not overly spicy!
