Deep little one-pound pans are perfect for freezer meals
I use these pans for freezing mini lasagnas. They hold more food than you would guess from their appearance. I'm able to do two repeating layers of filling, sauce, and oven-ready noodles, plus a final layer of noodles, sauce, and cheese. Impressive. The lids stay in place and I've had no problems with freezer burn. I've even gone a full year with some of the meals I've frozen in them without a drop in quality. The lasagna heats evenly, whether I thaw or go straight to the oven. My one minor criticism is there's very little flat space on the lid to label and write dates. A smooth surface would be preferable. The pans are excellent overall. I keep coming back! I've just ordered for the third time and will continue.

Great For Sharing Take Out Leftovers
These pans are of good quality. They can hold even heavier foods and keep their shape. The lids are also of good quality and even when stacked on top of each other they never crack. For leftovers in our home we have even put these through the dishwasher with no incident. A good product at a good price.
