How much dry herbs can it fit ?

Hello It's hard to give you an exact answer because we doesn't know exactly what the dry herbs are like. The product comes in sizes 27 cm (width), 21 cm (length), and 13 cm (height) 5 L. Can it be washed in the dishwasher?

I do but I make sure it’s dried thoroughly when done.

I'm looking for something to take to the local Vietnamese restaurant and bring home take out. Would this work or is it too big?
