Awesome sauce!!! I draw for a living(like if I don't draw I die) and gripping this pen makes me feel so comfortable! Apple pencils are very thin, and it always feels like its gonna fall and die, but this grip is awesome and comfortable, and fits snuggly on the pen! Wonderful little rubber sleeve

It’s good for a cover.. not that hard to install. But I’m taking off 1 star because it doesn’t fit in the Apple Pencil holder on my case. If you need it to fit in a pencil holder on your case I wouldn’t get it. I had to buy a separate holder and attach it to my case because it doesn’t fit in the one that came with it.

I got this first gen Apple Pencil sleeve for my kid. My kid, being a kid, will drop his pencil quite often, or accidentally have the pencil go flying across the table onto the floor! The sleeve has prevented damage to his Apple Pencil, and the sleeve adds a tiny bit of thickness to the pencil so it makes it easier for my child to hold. The sleeve feels like silicone, so it is not slippery - a good thing if you have an Apple Pencil for your kid. The top of the sleeve also is a cap holder, and it works very well! I also did not have any issues shoving the pencil into the sleeve, and charging the pencil is just as easy too.

I got this silicone sleeve because the end cap on my pencil was cracked and kept falling off. I thought this device would be helpful, and I have to admit, it does keep the endcap in place. It's also nice that I don't have to completely remove the endcap in order to charge the pencil. However, my pencil no longer fits in my iPad case with the sleeve in place, which makes it very inconvenient. Also, the little tip protector does not stay in place. I'm constantly misplacing it or losing it because it slides right off. At first, the added thickness was a little awkward to write and draw with, but I've gotten more used to it. I will probably remove the sleeve at some point so that I can keep my iPad and pencil together.
