It came without its bit, really disappointing I will claim for it but it is wasting time some times.

This hammer arrived in its case, and looked brand new. It had the Bosch renewed sticker on it, and came with a 1-year warranty. I have used it a few times, and so far so good. Fast shipping by the seller. Highly recommended.

Jackhammer is great. It is like you would expect a Bosch to be. Well made and effective. Only drawback was that it arrived without its promised chisel. After making two phone calls and waiting about two weeks, we got the part.
