Works very well. The top shelf is in two parts, which screw together. My fountain is 30” tall and holds quite a bit of water, which equates to a lot of weight. I needed to seal the seam between the two shelf halves with silicone to prevent water leaking out of the system, an issue I attribute to the weight of the full fountain. An easy solution. See pics.

This water fountain basin worked perfectly! It is a terrific size and has openings for your pump, wiring, etc. Instructions and assembly were very easy and it ultimately looks excellent. This was a "cheaper" option and really did work well!

I was looking for an inexpensive yet study reservoir to set a 15 pound concrete feature and river rock onto to complete a Shishi Odoshi project I was building. The box is sturdy and the openings are easy to access once it is in the ground. I did add a wire mesh top to keep smaller rocks out of the holes in the access doors. That was definitely optional as the holes are less than an inch. The top was slightly bowed but setting it out in the sun with the rocks on it straightened out the bow and the bow would not have hampered the purpose of the top. The price was very good compared to the ones I was looking at from other websites. It is designed for a small water feature and so far in 2 months I have had no leakage. It was very easy to install.

Great size for a small fountain but the two-piece lid is a design flaw. Water leaks out where the two lid pieces join that are outside of the reservoir. I covered the joint with flex seal tape and it seems to be working amazingly well. I had no water loss yesterday!! Edit: it has now been several days and I’ve not experienced any water loss. This is a great fountain basin for the price with a little modification. It’s still way cheaper than others. Flex seal for the win!!

This was a replacement for the one that I had. By the way it lasted for about 8 years New one is made better and easy to install. A very fair price

I purchased this as a supply tank for a 5 foot fountain. It was not placed underneath the fountain as it will not hold much weight to begin with. It works well as a side tank, but after burying the box to ground level, the top is too flimsy and sticks out too far beyond the rim. If your pump is loud, placing the top on it will cause the vibration to increase louder than I like. I used a rubber pad at the bottom to reduce the hum of the pump. This is better used for a base of a small waterfall fountain

The only affordable fountain box on Amazon. Works well too. For a 3 foot pot, get a an approx 150gph pump. For the pipe I used half inch pex and used a heat gun to make it soft so that the adapter that came with the pump would slide into the pipe permanently. The I used epoxy to water seal the pipe from the pump into the hole on the bottom of the pot.

I purchased this reservoir for a large ceramic fountain. I was concerned that this basin may not be sturdy enough for the weight of the fountain, however, I’m pleased to say that it worked perfectly! The basin has very thick walls and base. The top is odd in that you have to adjoin two pieces together with screws, but as long as they are tightly fastened, it sits well atop the basin and has enough structural support for the fountain. Excellent value!!! Higy recommend!!!

Made a lovely water feature didn't plant it in the ground just put it on patio with a wooden frame round 3 slates and scottish cobbles a pump makes a soothing sound

I received item but it was damaged the box was intact. I was going to return it for a replacement but the waiting time was 10 weeks much to long

Just what we needed for our garden water feature. It holds enough water to keep our little fountain going.

i have priced others and in the hundreds of $s. This one is great for low to medium weight water features. I ended up buying a second one as one of my kids wanted one also.
