Helpful for staying asleep
These work well if you need gentle help getting to sleep. They're not a strong sleeping pill, but they help me stay asleep.

Best sleep aid
Best price and the only sleep aid my family uses. It helps with racing thoughts, helps calm your mind.

Less expensive than Hyland's Nerve Tonic, but not as effective.
I hoped these might work as well but cost less than Hyland's Nerve Tonic. Unfortunately, these tablets don't dissolve as easily nor have the same effect as Nerve Tonic. On the rare occasion I can't fall asleep, taking 4-5 Nerve Tonic tablets does the trick within minutes. Just wish Hyland's hadn't DOUBLED the price-per-tablet of my tried-&-true sleep aid! :-/
