This book has simple and tasty recipes that turn my homemade loaves into delicious artisan bread. What makes this cookbook special is how easy it is to follow. The recipes are straightforward, so I can make perfect loaves using my bread machine without much effort. The book has a wide variety of bread recipes to choose from, including classic favorites and unique options.I decided to get the color version of the book, and it was worth the extra cost. The colorful pages make the recipes come alive and add joy to my baking. The book is just beautiful to open and to look at the I am literally in love with its cover. It’s a book a love to just keep in the kitchen. One thing I really like about this cookbook is that it shares tips and tricks that have saved me time and helped me achieve great results in quite a short time. The recipes are very good too and super simple, as bread machine recipes should be. There are different types of bread to try, like white bread, rye bread, gluten-free options, and bread with fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, cheese, and meat. Well worth it. Try every recipe
My mom has all of a sudden suddenly decided to get into making bread and she had a bread machine and she was getting another new one for her birthday Day so I figured this would be a great gift to go along with it . She loved it. She made so many of these recipes recipes you didn’t think would be good. Tasted great

Hugely Disappointed
I'm not sure where to start with this one. I try to find something positive to post in my reviews, but this one was difficult. The best I can say is, some of the recipes appear to be with trying but look to be hit and miss with the recipes. For instance, the Ham and Cheddar Bread calls for bacon, not ham and right above this recipe is a recipe for Cheese Bacon Bread with a largely different list and quantity of ingredients. Many of the recipes appear to be missing key ingredients and the recipe formulas really seem inconsistent. Has far as the title of the book being "Simple Hands-Off Recipes to Bake" most of the recipes I read call for the "Dough" cycle meaning there will be A LOT of hands on if you want to make these recipes. Lastly, the grammar, typos are really bad and the indexing is terrible. Overall, I feel like this book was written in a hurry with little proof reading. I think the book has a lot of potential but needs some serious reworking before being offered for sale.

some good some bad
I've used some of the recipes and they turned out fine, but there are a lot of errors in the book. The table of contents doesn't match the actual contents, and some of the recipes don't match the ingredients used. But it does give you a good idea of what type of breads there are and what the common ingredients needed are most the time. I don't always follow the recipes, because I like to ad lib when I cook, so the book gives me a good base to start from. I do wish the book had some editing and quality control before they published though.

Nice ideas but not well edited.
This paperback book has a lot of recipes with great sounding names but it’s not well edited and could have benefited greatly from color photos. Tried a couple of recipes which turned out ok but made lots of personal notes for future adjustments. Here are some recipe mistakes:Page 25, Garlic Cheese Bread Loaf, does not include garlic or cheese in the recipe.Page 94, Cheddar Cheese Basil Bread does not include basil and is exactly the same recipe, word for word as page 93, Italian Herb Cheese Bread. The colorful cover is what made me interested in this book. Unfortunately, As you can imagine, black and white photos of bread are boring and look very similar. In fact, I do believe page 49 and 51 use the exact same image for two different recipes.

I Do not recommend this book.
Not well edited. Most recipes are not completed in the bread machine. I bought a bread machine so I could set it and forget it. Very disappointed with this purchase!

Excellent set of homemade bread recipes
The book offers a wide range of recipes, including traditional white and whole loaves, as well as options like gluten-free, herb-infused, and sweet dessert breads. What I love most about this book is the clear, step-by-step instructions for each recipe, making it easy to follow. I especially enjoyed the color version, which features vibrant photos of homemade breads that inspired me to try the recipes.
