Great Price, easy to swallow, excellent mixture of vitamins and minerals, I will probably reorder.I have a swallowing issue, so was concerned as others had mentioned hard to swallow, but after a few days of use, I have had no difficulties at all. Taking 1 pill a day packed with vitamins and minerals makes life easier and economical.

I was looking for for a multi that had magnesium as well as the usual stuff. Smooth caplets easy to swallow. Doesn't upset my stomach even taken in the morning.
