Awesome chair!!
I bought two of these chairs and we’re buying a third before long. Why spend a hundred dollars or more on a chair? This chair is absolutely perfect. It’s lightweight. Easy to set up very durable. Holds the weight of a normal adult. It’s easy to get in and out of as well and I have a bad back. I like the mesh fabric, which is very strong and durable. It allows for breathability, and in case it gets wet it’s easy to dry out quick. It’s well worth the money my kid even with using it as a rocking chair which drove me crazy because I thought he would break it, but he didn’t all in all. This is a fantastic product. I take it everywhere now it doesn’t sit too low to the ground it doesn’t sit too high. It has very good back support also - well worth it.

Awesome chair and awesome customer service!!!!!
I love my chair! I'm a 67 year old backpacking woman on a budget and to find an affordable chair was amazing! It's built well and easy to put together! But what I really like is their customer service! I had an issue with the seat cover and it was taking care of in less than 48 hours! WOW, unbelievable with the crappy customer service now a days! If you want to spend your hard earned $$$$ on a name on a label please do so but if you want a light weight, comfy chair with excellent customer service get yourself a Trekology. I would buy another one tomorrow!!!! Poppy loves it too!!! AKA Birdie

Perfect compact chair
I chose this chair because of it’s compact size and also the material seemed less stiff than other, less expensive camping chairs. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and sturdy (for this 90 lb lady). It fits just right in my mini backpack too. Super convenient!Update: the material on one of the corners came out of the stitching. It’s underneath so not really noticeable but hoping this doesn’t happen anywhere else.Update: I’ve had this chair for a couple of years now and as other reviewers have noted, the corner busted. I took it on a camping trip and let others use it and I think that’s what caused it to bust. They were well under the weight limit for the chair, but I guess it’s just a defect. Too bad. I really liked this chair. I wonder if I had kept it to myself, if it would still be in good shape. I weigh less than 100 lbs and it had been holding up just fine.On a side note- REI sells a replacement seat for their Flexlite chair for $20 it fits the Trekology frame.

Light but flimsy
Short Version: Like the weight and the comfort, but the fabric tore within the first few uses. I simply shifted my weight and heard a terrible tear. I weight 190lbs.This chair has a great price to weight ratio. On my scales it came in at 1lb 8 oz without the stuff sack and 1lb 10 ounces with the sack. The chair does sit low to the ground but I didnt find that to be a problem. What I did find to be a problem was the way the chair leaned fairly far back and had a low back (at least for a guy who is 6'1") I felt like it I sat in the chair for an extended period of time my neck would start to hurt from holding my neck up while in a very reclined position. The deal breaker was when I shifted my weight and the seat tore. Very glad it happened while I was still within the return window.

Great camp/backpacking chair
This chair is a great compromise between size, weight, weight rating, and price. I bought it to take backpacking but didn’t want to spend a ton. This chair fit the bill by hitting a happy medium on all my criteria. I find it comfortable but it is a little wobbly. Any lightweight backpacking chair won’t feel the sturdiest. I had a corner pocket fail recently and Trekology made good on their warranty. Sent me a new cover from their China factory. Even asked if I could wait before sending one from there. I will recommend these chairs to anyone and will probably buy another one.

Lightweight Chair for Backpacking is a true winner!
Took this chair on the Lost Coast Trail because my BF always takes a chair with him while I usually just sit on a pad. It s actually nice to be able to stretch your back and sit in a chair after hiking. I had bought another chair and this Trekology one off Amazon and chose to try this one out because of the weight, fabric, and design. There’s a little phone pocket on the side that’s a nice tough. I felt you’re able to sink into the chair a bit without being too stiff as the other felt. Chair is not ultralight like other high end ones but it’s definitely light enough that it makes a nice luxury item for backpacking. But for a few ounces of different and a big price gap I think this definitely is a go.
