Do i water my plants everyday with this stuff or a few times a week?

Hydroponics uses no soil to provide nutrients, so you mix the nutrients into your reservoirs, and the plants get some with every watering. There are MANY variables to consider in such a system, so some real study would be appropriate before jumping into it. By that I mean reading a good cultivation book (there are several), instead of posting random questions in discussion forums. Books will have answers to questions you never knew you'd need to ask. Also, DON'T rely on propaganda produced by nutrient additive manufacturers. Don't be lazy; read a book (or two, or three), and keep them on hand for future reference.

yes. you can use these products throughout the entire life cycle of your plants

I have the flora series that is over a year old can I use it for dirt?

You should be fine start with half of what they call for and go from there I’m currently using the same nuts and there at least that old
