Great product ,easy to apply to wood, nice colour, the size bottle was right amount i needed for a small project,slightly loose consistency, no strong odour noted

This is brilliant to revive sun damaged wooden furniture. An exact match to the original finish. However it needs finishing with varnish which we also bought from Furniture Clinic. Absolutely perfect!

Did as 'said on the tin'. You need to be careful as its easy for liquid to splash everywhere but if you make a small opening you will have more control. Was easy enough to apply and spread with sponge. The more you layer the stain the more coverage and depth of colour builds up. Allow to dry between coats. I successfully used this to stain an uninspiring beech colour to a dark almost walnut colour instead - took several coats before I got the finish I wanted. Would recommend as cheap n cheerful way to makeover wood furniture.

This stain is brilliant in every way, coverage, colour, ease of use and cleaning. I used it on expensive wooden garden furniture I originally bought a lighter colour but not happy so went for darker and its perfect, I must point out that another reviewer said that this Dark Oak was a strange red colour but I can attest mine wasn’t and produced a perfect dark oak (see photo)

The 250ml bottle of dark oak stain that I received from Amazon looked as though it was second or third hand. Despite the seal being intact, the brown label was white around the edges, as though it had been handled a great deal before it became mine. There is no indication of production date on the label so I guess I'll never know the age of it. Despite this, the product was reasonable to use, though I had expected a darker finish after two coats. It was easy to apply and the colour is a nice cool-toned dark oak. Not sure if I would purchase again but I will use this up on a few small projects.

Excellent product great value for your money water resistant and so easy to use brush on leave for a minute and wipe off any excess with a clean cloth

Works well - used the dark oak colour and created an attractive effect on the wood. A little bit messy to apply as liquid based but okay to use with a cloth and a brush for trickier bits

I mean, WOW! I suffer from intense migraines from smells and get sick easily. This has absolutely no smell!!!! I'm so relieved 😌 product works great. I left the first coat on for 10 mins to dry completely and then wiped down with a damp cloth. Gave a beautiful deep rich color that matches perfectly! I also just got the top coat in to finish. Super easy to apply, thin like a craft pain with no streaking. I used a paintbrush to apply. Also a pack of baby wipes easily got it off my hands the little that I did get on them. Not messy at all. Buy it :)

Great product. Very rich color and easy to use. I have used store brands before but this was very good. If you’re not sure about the color choose something lighter because it does dry quickly and soaks in instantly when you don’t use a wood conditioner first which I never have. I only did one coat. I used it on unfinished pine and topped it with wax because I wanted more of a matte finish. I applied it with a sponge cloth. I’m still debating if I want to do black accents on my pieces so I may buy the ebony color next.

I bought this to cover some wooden frames. It worked perfectly. And it was easy to use it. The color is just like described.
