Great quality, decent value for a capsule form. Noticeable effect within a couple days, mostly less muscle soreness initially. Stamina/speed took more than a week of taking (including on rest days) to notice improvement. While there may not be a flavor beyond a typical capsule taste, it kind of has a malty… almost meaty smell. It’s effective.

avoids the nasty taste of BCAA's, but still packs a punch
I know that BCAA's are an important part of protein synthesis. The science is solid and my own experience confirms it, but the TASTE of them is horrible! Until NOW. So very glad I found your product. A very good price and easy to use.

I think they work
While I don't know if on a cellular level there are actually working, the price is on point. I feel satisfied when I take them, and I do retain muscle size and density, at least I think, when I take them. So 5 stars from me.
