Q: Mine didn't come with instruction. What do I do with the blue and gray strips?

Hello, I believe the blue strip is the protectant seal to the gray thermal paste strip.

Q: “10gbps usb 3.2 gen2 transfer speed? usb3.1 gen2 type-c?” is this 3.2 gen 2 or not? can it be both and still be 3.2?

I believe they are actually two names for the same thing. USB 3.1 gen 2 was renamed 3.2 gen 2 at some point. To add to the confusion, they are not the same as USB 3.2 gen 2x2, which supports 20gbps rather than 10gbps. The 2x2 designation is supposed to reflect the use of 2 lanes instead of a single lane.

Q: Does this enclosure work with a 4TB drive?

It works with any M.2 NVMe drive.
