I may not have as bad of allergies as some people, but I wake up every morning congested, blowing my nose every 5 seconds, and just miserable.. I take one of these when I first wake up and it seems to put a halt to the constant drainage, and then I take another one right after breakfast and I barely have allergy symptoms for the rest of the day. You can take them together, but it says to take between meals so that's how I started doing it and it works for me. They are slightly larger capsules than some but I'm used to swallowing pills so it doesn't bother me. No taste to speak of, and I tasted some of the powder by pulling apart one of the capsules and you could easily mix it into water or a smoothie or something with no taste if you're not one to like taking capsules. I still have some very minor symptoms but I'm sure after I start taking some Reishi mushrooms again with it it'll clear the remainder of the symptoms right up. All in all it's a good product and seems to be a good brand, I'm about to order their vitamin B complex and test that out. Would recommend. 👍

This stuff really works even when you don't realize it's working. I was taking it for a time period and stopped and the amount of pain I had after stopping made me realize how much the supplement really was working. Also recommended this to a friend who is totally amazed at the pain relief.

This seems like a carefully crafted supplement containing the right elements for me. Since I take other supplements that include zinc, I wanted a quercetin pill that did not have zinc. Too much zinc interferes with magnesium, another important mineral. But to be clear, you would do well to include 15mg of zinc with quercetin for general anti-viral protection but it does not have to in the same pill. Also beware of zinc supplements - zinc is cheap and many pills contain 50-100+ mgs for those who may not know that in the case of zinc more is not better.

The fact that this is organic is probably the reason I purchased this. So far so good as with most supplements the proof is in extended use, then no use of it, where you notice the absence of it in your life by the symptoms that RE-occur.
