I've started getting really achy on flights - especially for longer ones. I bought this to try to make me feel better. I think it really helped.

Cheaply made, the vibration is only in the center & the foam is so thin that the vibration is loud & it doesn’t absorb it. Too loud to use in a quiet office setting even on low! This takes 2 D batteries which are so large they stick out in back. Disappointed, really wanted this to work for the Office.

Great for my back. However, elastic on back of pillow broke several days after I draped it over my office chair.

I made the mistake of trying this item and another identical item. The motor on the massage unit dies at the 2nd battery change. The zippers both get stuck in the corners. BUYERS BEWARE. Total rip-off!
