Can I dilute this and apply it through apply a pressure washer to cover a screen patio?

Yes, follow the instructions that come with it. 1.5 oz per gallon mix. I've used it for 2 years now. Spray it on wall around house and 3 feet from base of home and up the sides of the home 6 Feet. Spray around all openings to home. Cable, electric, water, windows, vents, garage, every opening. Spray doors inside and out, door from garage to house. If you do all that every 90 days, you will not have any bugs in your home.

Will this work against asian beetles?

Under pests on the label it does work against "Asian Lady Beetles" if that helps.

Does this kills outside spiders in my backyard

I will kill spiders although they are harder to kill
