This is a daily journal to help with mindfulness. There is a morning section where you take a moment to breathe and decide about your focus for the day. There's a few questions you answer that are the same every day. Then in the evening, you go back over how the mindfulness went for the day and a few other things. The only problem I have, it there is a part about thinking about a positive memory. The thing is, it is the same exercise every day. I think it would be better if the daily evening mindfulness exercise changed daily. Otherwise, it is a great way to get started on a mindfulness practice.
