Does not work!!!
This item did not work properly. Every time I tried to brush it across my cat, it stopped working. The problem is that the rotating wheel is not recessed enough and cannot rotate when the outer rubber part is applied to the fur. Therefore I had to settle for a 50% refund as I was informed that it would be too expensive to return the item.I do not recommend this item.

I'm posting this for others to learn from. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM AMAZON UNLESS IT IS SOLD BY AMAZON DIRECTLY AND NOT THROUGH A THIRD PARTY. If you purchase through a third party you have no protection should something go wrong. Contrary to Amazons A-Z guarantee they will not honor that guarantee and I speak from a long drawn experience attempting to collect on it. As a person has already mentioned that she had to take a 50% discount for wanting to return a defective product.

Cheap plastic
This thing was junk. My cat was afraid of it and it didn't even work. Cheap plastic crap with a super low-powered motor. Don't buy it.
