This book and video series changed my life when I went through it and led a book study group with a few women. I had no idea all the ways shame held me as a prisoner, but as Christine revealed powerful truth from Scripture I clearly saw the way to freedom from shame!I took tedious notes on all her examples of what shame is and does so I can refer back to it and to share the insights with my friends, encouraging them to read Christine’s book and go through this study.I encourage every believer to read this book to find new levels of freedom! I hope to lead more groups through this life-changing study.

This is a great study guide to accompany the book. I really enjoyed the book but I will be honest I found the subject matter not to be so applicable to my life. The study guide is in depth and works along side the dvd series more so than the book. I participated in an online bible study. While I did have a hard time finding it applicable to the stage of life I am in, I did glean some useful insight to how Christ works. Christine Caine is an excellent speaker and an awesome author. You can definitely find some purposeful information throughout the study guide

This study along with the video was life changing for me. I had always identified with being rejection based but Unashamed opened my eyes and gave me courage to make necessary changes. It helped me realize my worth more than any other study I’d previously done, and I’m in my 60s

This book was Everything I never knew and certainly told me about things in my own life that could've been holding me back for over a decade that I'd have never thought through had I not read this book. It's refreshing, insightful, full of wisdom, and if you need to desperately be reminded of WHO GOD SAYS YOU ARE rather than defining yourself by your past or mistakes you've made- get ready to have your future perspective brightened in a major way and truly step forward into your destiny. God is so good and so loving! The dvd small group experience is highly recommended!

I was able to host a group of ladies and go through this study guide. There is some rich topics we've discussed. The best part is seeing these ladies start to walk into freedom. It is absolutely amazing to see God do His amazing work! If you are interested in leading a group or going through it just yourself, it will be worth it. It will uncover some things and help you step into freedom.

Life is a journey and along the way God uses varies things to meet us where we are and give us what we need. The teachings in this book touched me deeply. I have ordered the study guide and DVD and plan to share with anyone who needs it. I am reading it again and will be revisiting it often.

I couldn't put the book down! I read it in a day and then recommended it for a friend. It was so helpful and insightful. I really appreciate the honesty of Christine and her openness. It couldn't have been easy to write the way she did but it sure helped me! When my friend is done with my copy I will be returning to it to read again and this time prayerfully.

written mostly for women, but even this guy gleaned quite a bit from itl very helpful was her comparison of the thoughts in our minds being similar to trains entering and leaving the station. I passed this book on to a lady friend who was blessed by it as well.

One of the most life changing books for me! Did not realise I had so much hidden shame still! Was beautifully written full of truth, practical ways to walk in the true fullness of who you are. The vulnerability shown really spoke to my heart and allowed me to do the same! What a book, what a woman! You will NOT be sorry getting this book, there is so much freedom available throughout the pages.

This study guide is superb, you will need the accompanying DVD as well because they are linked. It is worth it though as the studies are excellent & already moving me towards my freedom from shame. God has done so much & I'm only on week 2! This study should be a must for everyone!

We did enjoy it with our home group. It just feels like she says so much in 20 min and talks very fast that makes you feel you need to watch it again.
