Really great product, used for my facial skin cancer surgery, but you must be very careful putting them on, peel only one side and peel the other side as you are applying to the area or they will stick together. They are waterproof for showering.

Had a spot smaller than a dime removed from my stomach and wanted to decrease the discoloration of the incision site. It's been about 2 months and the color is fading, but I'm not really sure that is what the product says it can do. It's more for minimizing scarring. That being said, the mark is fading, whether due to the product or natural healing. I can say that it dries quickly, leaves no sticky residue and see no reason why not to recommend it. The tube is very small, but does go a long way on a small area. If you have a larger area that you are looking to improve then order multiple tubes, or one larger one.

The instructions say to use a bigger sheet for all scars, but I’ve found cutting one sheet to fit the 5 smaller ACL op scars has actually been a lot better since they seem to last longer on/pull around the edges less quickly. Also looks better vs big rectangles everywhere lol. Can also swap them out if needed too quicker without using a full sheet which is also nice. WAIT until your scabs/flakey skin are gone. Seriously though. I was impatient and they’re sticky alllll over, it wasn’t pleasant taking them off the first time. Wearing these for a week.. well they get ratchet looking at the end, but seem to be helping with the scarring a bit. They are a PITA to put on esp if you don’t have nails (they should really add more slices to the paper backing to make it easier), but you get used to it and it gets easier over the months. I’m extra sensitive to adhesive apparently (couldn’t wear bandaids) but these have been fine for the most part it seems! Biggest positive has been it helping with the sensitivity issues around the scars (even a light breeze was irritating). UPDATE: tried scar gel so I could swim, but these sheets have been far superior in flattening the skin around the scars and overall I think have worked better. HOWEVER, can’t wear pants or leggings with these because they get pulled off quickly. So best used during the summer!

I bought this to lighten a scar I had for about four months from my dog. It's fairly dark but wasn't a deep incision by any means. I've been wearing it for about a month now and here are my thoughts 1. It is finicky putting on. Sometimes when peeling the back, it sticks to itself and becomes less adhesive. 2. It isn't that durable. I've been wearing it on my arm and theoretically it should stay on for about ten days so that the pack of 10 sound last you three months which is how long it claims to take to see results. If you sweat, if it's humid, any condensation at all which cause it to wrinkle up and more likely to peel. 3. I've seen minor lightening of my scar but it's so minor, I wouldn't have noticed had I not taken a before photo. And that could honestly be from time passing naturally not from the product. So I can't say it's worth it. I don't know if wearing it for three months would really lighten scars vs just waiting three months out alone but the box definitely will not last that long. 4. For the most part it is invisible. Many of my coworkers didn't notice it until they were next to me. All scars and skin are different and if you have a scar in an inactive area that doesn't sweat, it would have the desired effect.

I think they are fantastic. I had a melanoma removed from my cheek. I had to wait a few weeks and have now started using the silicone bandages. Read the instructions. Cut them to size, much more economical and less obvious. Be very careful to handle, the bandages are very thin. It works so well. Since it is right in the middle of my face I thought it would look awful but they are barely visible and almost looks better. I am on my 5th day and have had a shower every morning and a face wash every night. The bandages stay put. Do not rub the area, just blot dry. It works better than the cream for me. I plan to do this for quite awhile, so that the end result will be a minimal scar

this is the best brand on the market. I purchased it the first time when my doctor suggested to get only this one for my scar. Well both scars. I had two knee full knee replacements one in January and one in May and get the role. Don’t get the sheets because the role has two parts when you unroll it, you’ll see it. It has like a curvy curvy long line and you cut what you need and then you peel it one side I apply it starting at the top of the scar. There’s no better product. I purchased a different one by mistake and I couldn’t get the glue off. It was suffocating my skin so AMAZ0N suggested for me to buy a glue remover right now I can’t remember the name, but it took all the glue off and they said that this happened because that other product used cheaper materials like the glue. Please don’t use any other brand no matter if it’s cheaper whatever you will be sorry because I was when I purchased the other brand now the doctors at Hospital For Special Surgery recommended this brand you take it from there, but you have to take your time and make sure you don’t apply it too quickly you’ll get the hang of it. You might make a mistake the first time but then you can you can un turn the part that you probably glued together. Just do it slowly with your nail and press it down again once you get the knack of it it’s great and personally I didn’t have to change it every day because when you take a shower it stays on you could change it every two or three days but don’t make your shower. If it’s a hard for shower don’t make it go onto the tape just let the shower go over it slowly, especially if you have a handheld shower piece like I do. I have both I have the rain shower also connected with the hand held part. UNI -SOLVE is the product I used to takeoff that horrible glue from the other product. I went all the way inside into my bathroom cabinet with my two full knee surgeries still hurting, but I felt you all deserve it. I just couldn’t stand to see you go crazy like I did and spend all kinds of money on trying different products because the hospital I went to is the best hospital for bones. You can go check it out on google any kind of bones in your body. There is no better. I hope this helps all of you. And God bless.

I tried to change to 4 stars when I edited my review. I would give it 5 for how well it works, but 4 because it doesn’t stay on for 10 days, as it claims to do. I am a PT and have worked hard on scar mobilizations so that my patients could regain normal joint movement. Now I will recommend this to all my patients. I edited my first review (below). I have used this for 45 days, and my scar is almost gone. I can’t believe it!! I started this 72 days after I scraped up my knee and formed a keloid, with a small surface area, and with adhesions. After 3 weeks, Scar Away has broken up the keloid a bit, and the color has faded. In those three weeks, though, I have used 11 applications. (I cut the sheets.). They don’t stay on as well as the package describes.

I have t used the product long enough to know if it works well on scars but easy to use product that stays on the skin. I even cut them in Hal’s and they still stayed on
