I’ve tried other nootropic brands but found them to be mostly full of caffeine and all you end up with is a bad head and a massive comedown. Thought I’d try these to help me concentrate on my uni work and they are exceptional. They just gives you a little lift that you can feel after about 15 minutes. So impressed that only two days after buying the first pack I bought another one.

Arrived on time … seems to be easy to take … hard to assess effects but I think I do get significant benefits from some of the ingredients here. IE benefits in terms of cognition speed and clarity. But, as I say, this is just a subjective opinion … I am not sure about scientific data, clearly.

I believe this product does improve my mental functions..unknown to my wife I ran out a few weeks ago, and she commented that she thought my indecision and 'foggy thinking' was returning. Proof indeed that 'Her Indoors' does take a bit more notice than I give her credit for.

I have been taking 2 of these capsules each day with a large glass of water (I also drink 2-4 litres of water a day) for over a week*. Unfortunately I have not noticed any effects that a regular cup of coffee would not have given, for much less money.The list of natural ingredients is relatively large and well varied compared to some competitors, but due to the all natural ingredients, they can be much less effective for some people, as some are more sensitive to some ingredients and not others.I will update after using for several days and keep the variables as constant as possible (daily water intake; time of day taking 2 capsules; avoiding any additional stimulants, etc), and hopefully after several days/doses, these 'enhancers' will have some effect.*Day 1: No noticeable effects.Day 2: Slightly alleviated the morning grogginess (just as a good coffee would), but no 'cognitive enhancement'*Day 3: Same as day 2, still no noticeable 'enhancement'Day 4: Same again, no real noticeable effects.Day 5: Once again, nothing significant.Day 6: *Day 7: *After 10 days, unfortunately, I have felt/noticed nothing that a cup of coffee or energy drink would not have offered.

I have been taking these for a week .I feel like having better clarity in my mind.I hope this will get better over time. Just right for me so far.

They are ok not a cure but help with symptoms and good value compared to other products for similar problems

Tried it and does nothing its snake oil

Open the capsule and have the content of it only . Helps with focus,but not always.
