Good, but one was broken

One of the cylinders was broken and the broken off piece was not in the bag, so it couldn't have happened during shipping.

do not have the quantity I need - order 10 but be lucky you got 7 ?

Needed to stock a classroom but the limit to the numbers meant I had to make multiple orders on multiple consecutive days . Then those didn't arrive in the numbers requested. 9 one day, 10 the next, then only 7 sent . . . so SUBoptimal. Did I get the quantity needed? Nope But I'm tired of the hassle so I'm done
