Lowes had me buy some primer stuff that looked like milk. This stuff is the real deal. I used it on peel and stick tile that needed to go over older peel and stick tile. (It's all being replaced next year.) I can't say it enough for peel and stick use.... Use a tiny amount. Tiny.... No, less than that. I used a plastic butter knife to spread this on the back of my tiles. A dab in the middle, a dab on each corner and presto, we have a floor. It took 48 hours for the stuff to cure to the point that the tiles were no longer adjustable. If you walk on it before that they may shift. If any goop comes up from between tiles, goof off will get it up. Even if it's dried on. With a footprint in it.

Used it for my new bathroom floor. It's strong like bull!!

Used to adhere 2x2 inch tile down. 4 days after laying it inside the house, the crap is still wet and oozing! Ended up scraping it off and reglueing so we could grout it! Don’t waste you money on this ridiculous product! Anything that won’t dry after 4 days in an air conditioned house is not functional!
