We are happy to have this machine and handle our properties most common plumbing problems.
I had to buy this product because my tenants clogged the kitchen sink. Hiring a plumber will cost me $700. My husband and I decided to get the machine and do it ourselves.The only thing we recommend is to watch a u-tube video because we couldn’t understand the instructions to pull the snake out.After that it went pretty easy. We unplug a very hard lump of grease with coffee ground the tenant has dumped in the sink over time.If you have properties this is a great way to save with Plumber services.
