Sometimes I wake up with a leg cramp. I keep these in the nightstand and take them as soon as I realize what's going on.

I have been taking Mag Phos for years. My normal brand (Hylands) was out of stock at the time I needed more, so I purchased this brand. I don't know if there is simply not enough Mag Phos in each tablet, but these DO NOT WORK! I would highly recommend NOT buying them. Save yourself some $ and look elsewhere.NOTE: I was unable to return due to health hazard return policy.I believe these are a total rip off.
