This is a great hot tub handrail. I love how you can swivel it. Looks sturdy. This was bought for a new hot tub so don’t know the durability, but hopefully this one won’t rust like the last one we had years ago. Price was very good. You just slip this handrail under the unfilled tub. These handrails will save you from slipping when stepping out of the hot tub. Absolutely essential. If your hot tub is already filled, consider one that attaches to the side of the cabinet.

I tend to lose my balance easily, so we purchased this handrail to help me safely get in and out of our hot tub—and it’s been a fantastic addition. It was very easy to put together, feels sturdy, and the quality is excellent. It also matches our hot tub perfectly, which was a nice bonus. One thing to note: you can’t slide the base under the hot tub if it’s already full and in place. We ended up attaching it directly to our platform, and it still works great. Definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a little extra support!

I had bought thus same handle for my hot tub several and my ex just got a new hot tub so I got this one for him and he loves it. It makes getting in and out much safer

This specific handrail was great while it lasted. Within the first year of installing it, it rusted pretty badly. The description states it is rust proof aluminum, however, there isn’t a single piece of aluminum on this handrail, thus the rust issues. The rust issue is considered extreme. I have sanded it down and repainted several times. It has final broken and rusted out at the base, rendering it useless. I received no support from the manufacturer even after I pointed out their description is incorrect and the material is just iron. They only apologized and stated they weren’t going to honor the warranty. I see the description is still false about it being aluminum.

I think all in all this is a great little value and I don’t really know what I would do getting in my hot tub now without it. It’s very handy and it’s adjustable. You can even set your towel on it. The adjusters on it for the arm sometimes can be a little bit rough threads, but I cleaned mine up and sprayed them with some lubricant and they worked fine. The price was very affordable. And for people who have any troubles getting in and out it’s a must have.

I just got this and, while it is impossible to simply slide underneath even my small hot tub, I was able to slide it under the hefty chairs that go with the hottub, and it stays put perfectly. Is very stable and it swivels so you can use it gettint in or out of the hottub and the height is adjustable.

Very heavy duty, sturdy when assembled and installed. Assembly instructions very simple but it took some reverse engineering to figure out how to utilize the handrail at the lower height. And, for my application the higher height was more suitable. The “hard” part was sliding the bracket under the spa. Luckily I installed the same day the spa was serviced as the technician needed to empty the spa to install a new jet pump. I used a 7’ heavy duty steel crow bar, a concrete block fulcrum and a ledger board under the spa edge to lift up the empty spa 1/4” while my wife (thanks Honey Bunny) moved the handrail base plate into position. Total handrail assembly time about 10 minutes and another 10 minutes to position the base plate properly under the spa base. There was one small saw cut (probably a manufacturing boo boo) in the handrail riser but I’ll cover that up with a dab of black Rustoleum paint. That was the only quality defect in this product.

Seems promising - I hope it works. I won't know for a few days. Why - because I had to re-drill the hole for the bolt that runs through the main pole. Seems the Chinese didn't keep track of the ends. When the main pole is attached to the base plate, the angled supports that tie together on the pole miss the pole hole by an inch or so. If I turn the pole over the three pieces line up. However, the threads for attaching to the plate are now pointing up. This is steel so I have to re-paint to mitigate rusting where the new hole was made. Another gripe is that the manufacturer could not be bothered to provide more detail on how assembly should be done; e.g. which parts go where. Not difficult to figure out but... come on.

When we bought our new hot tub, we knew we needed to make sure it was safe and easy to get in and out of. That's why we chose this handrail. It's adjustable in height, so it can be used by people of all ages and abilities. The rail itself is sturdy and feels secure when you grip it. We've been using it for a few weeks now, and it makes getting in and out of the hot tub much easier. We highly recommend it for safety.

Nice design and steady!

Exactly what I was looking for. However, I installed it too close to my hot tub cover, when winter kicked the ground froze and tilt a bit the handrail and made it too close to the cover and scratched it. My mistake, but it is a good product. I will fix the installation when spring arrives and ground unfroze.
