This is the second set of these Yukon Rear Axle Bearing and Seal Kit I've bought to date. I had no issues with the previous set on my Chrysler 8.25", so when it came time to rebuild another 8.25", these were an easy sell. Quality parts, shipped quickly and installed without a fuss. Do yourself a favor and throw the bearings in the freezer for a few days prior to install.

I put the in my 2001 dakota 2wd 9.25 rear axle thats I rebuilt and i been driving on it for a few months now and seem to be great. Cant hear no bearing noises or theres no leaks. I say it was a good product.

They were the right size for my 02 Ranger FX4 with the 8.8 axle. No muss or fuss. Ive never heard of Koyo bearing but they were the same part number as the Torrington bearings that came out. I looked into Koyo and they apparently are owned buy Torrington... or the other way around? Supposedly they also own Timken. Soooo basically they seem like a pretty legit bearing. Torringtons are the stock bearing from Ford. BUT! I also found out that there are fake Koyo bearings being sold online for cheaper... is this the case? IDK. Time will tell but they seem to check out. Ill update my review and change my rating, if I have problems in the future. (1year update) Theyre still kickin and chuggin along. Loads of 4 wheeling and a few long trips to National parks. No leaks from my axle shafts and the bearings seem to be in good shape!
