I had to write a review because these patches work. I’m in my perimenopause stage of life and it’s been rough sleeping. I put this patch at night and for the first time in a long time I woke up with no pain. I cannot believe it I also had a long dream I actually remember. I am going to keep using them at night.

Stickiness has been no issue for me. I wear them at night and have been feeling refreshed when I wake up. I used to wake up tired and with a headache. I also have more energy during the day and the joint pain is gone. Also I’m actually dreaming again a sign of quality REM sleep. Idk nor care if it’s just a placebo effect, for $18 a month it’s worth it.

If I wear these, I wake up after only 6 hours sleep and crash out early. Not for beginners. If you're new to nad+, I suggest a gummy. Do not use these at all without consulting your doctor, there can be irritating side effects including insomnia you probably don't want to deal with.

I bought this for my sister after learning that NAD helps with inflammation. My sister tried it last night. According to her, these patches should come with a warning. It had sent her libido into overdrive. Looking more into NAD, I learned it does have a positive effect on your libido.
