I'm a caucasian 3a with massive frizz. My hair isn't treated; it's just naturally frizzy. Would this product help me develop some defined curl?

Yes, I think so. I would suggest putting it on when your hair is pretty wet and detangled. Then gently scrunch it while it dries, to help the curls form. There are great videos on youtube with tons of helpful tips. The only draw back on this cream is it does have mineral oil in it which isn't great. Have you tried using coconut oil to give moisture to drier outer layer of your hair? I find that a small amount of coconut oil applied evenly, on wet or damp hair helps my frizzy dry outer layer. I also live in a very dry climate.

Is this a new formula? My old bottle doesn’t have “urban therapy “ on it!

The formula changed as well the made in the use version is not the same as what’s made in Canada
