Defective kit - seller unhelpful
The kit was faulty with one of the battery connectors being the wrong size meaning that it could not be connected. Despite it being the seller's responsibility to provide a replacement or refund, they asked for a photo, which I provided, then twice declined to help and said that I should to take it up with the manufacturer.
