Quick, and efficent. Worked excellent on a black BMW with lots of front-end and hood hard-water spots (to paint, chrome, glass).
Excellent product. I live in Florida, where lawn sprinkler systems are common. I had started parking in a new spot at my moms, and the hood, front bumper, new/upgrades headlights, and driver side bumper were getting sprayed by one of her sprinklers. Every time I washed my car and hand dried, it looked OK, but as soon as the car dried the hood (especially) looked horrible, clouded, and old. The heat had baked in the hard water (my first time experiencing this). I have a black BMW and everything little thing shows. I thought I would need to have my car stripped or painted, until I researched online and found out about this product. I was a little skeptical and worried that I would damage my car, because fixing significant damage would have been expensive. I watched several online videos demonstrating detailers using this on cars with significant hard-water spots. There are many videos out there that show how to use this properly and quickly, which gave me more confidence in trying this myself, and less fear that I would ruin the paint or the new headlights on my car. Nonetheless, I USED AS DIRECTED (working in small areas, using a back and forth motion (not circular) and spraying a waterless car wash to wipe off the eraser, when the time was up). II kept track of my time with the timer on my mobile phone, too. I was lucky, I only used this product ONCE and it removed all the hard water spots from the paint, new headlights, chrome on the grill, everything. It also only took a small amount to do so many spotted surfaces. I also exerted some pressure when rubbing in the gel, which could might have been why it took me only one time to remove all the spots and white rings. I appreciate that this product was in a gel form, rather than a liquid spray. That gave me more control over how much (and where) I was applying it, and I didn't have to be concerned that I had accidently sprayed an area I didn't intend. I highly recommend using a waterless car wash or spray bottle of filtered water when using this product. I think that using a hose would probably have taken longer, I wouldn’t have been sure if any of the gel had run off onto something else, and I might not have had the great results that I did. I also used a wax/top coat hybrid after the water spots had been removed, and my car looks shiny and new! From start to finish (including waxing my car after using the Eraser), only took about 25-30 minutes of my time. The cost of this product is very low, and I saved spending a ton of money at a detailer, or worst-case scenario (the dealer). Highly recommend and I’m even going to use this product on my mom’s outer sunroom windows that have been look awful, due to being hit by her water sprinklers.

TOTALLY WORKS AS DESCRIBED
Works as advertised. I have very hard well water. Several months ago after driving behind a hay truck I did a quick rinse off and did not dry the water off my car. The hard water dried and left behind a crazy amount of water spots on my cars surface, mostly the flat areas hood, roof, trunk deck. I immediately washed and dried the car but the water spots had calcified and did remove. For the next 3-4 months I washed my car a couple times a month hoping over time the spots would gradually wear off, no luck. Started looking online for home remedies, read the usual stuff mainly vinegar. Went to Amazon and purchased 3D exclusively based on customer reviews. Watched a YouTube video on how to use this stuff. So picked a day where I could first wash my car, then use the 3D then wash it again and finally apply a wax coat. This stuff completely removed my stubborn water spots. I applied it just like I would if applying wax. You have to be quick on neutralizing the product before it dries. I applied it to where I could clean it off with water within a couple of minutes. I used a spray bottle with tap water and a microfiber towel to wipe and dry off. Did not even have to rub hard when applying. Just have that spray bottle with water ready to wipe off the area you applied the spot remover. Total lifesaver. I was thinking I was going to have to seek the services off a professional detailer.

Useless for my application
Used product as directed with no results whatsoever. Applied multiple times thinking my water spots were just too bad, still no results. Did not make spot appearance better at all. Let product dwell longer than directed, still no results. Pics show water spots in 2 different locations after multiple applications. Product is useless on my application and cannot be returned.

Wonderful!
The product is fantastic! Works without damaging paint. 4 stars because even though it's highly effective, for super extreme water spots, it was capable of removing it and from approx 3 feet away you couldn't tell there were water spots, however when you got up close it was noticeable there was still a slight visible water mark. My car is a year 1989, bathe in the sun while sprinklers went off next to it. Paint on the car is decent, but getting old so that could of have something to do with it and possibly not the product. When using this product, make sure to rinse after using on each spot or you will end up with a sticky residue and can make your paint look kinda funny (Doesn't seem to do damage, but that's something the human eye can't tell). If you are looking for a product that really works on water spots, try this one!

Product Works, but...
This product is effective at removing water spots. But I found it too difficult to use unless you just have only a couple of water spots to remove. The way it works is: you apply this product to a small area, then rub it in quickly and then you have to rinse it off quickly, before it dries. Then, in order to see if it worked, you have to dry your car off. At that point you realize it got some, but not all, of the water spots off. So you start the whole process again. I got so sick of doing this process over and over again that I finally gave up before I could even finish the hood of my car. At that point I hired a detail company to get my water spots off. And what I learned from them is that if you have water spots it's really more of a mechanical process (with the orbital polisher and proper cleaner and wax) that really removes these most effectively.

It really works! Some jobs just take extra effort.
I usually don’t trust products with reviews under 4 stars. This has worked for me on our Range Rover, our sliding door and our shower door. The directions say you need to scrub for bigger jobs (and/or do the process twice) which might be why some say it doesn’t work (because they don’t read or try that and just put it on gently). After telling my wife she tried it on the kitchen sink fixtures and she was amazed. So I guess we are 4 for 4! Highly recommended.

Good & easily removes the hard water spots.

Si es mancha de cal muy fuerte como en mi caso. No la elimina. Para gotitas peques sirve, pero para mancha mayor no.
