I am a massage therapist, Hot Stone is one of my specialiaties. Most therapist use smaller stones, I like them big, and heavier. My clients feel the heat, the smoothness of these stones and the size feels like a hot pad being rubbed all over their bodies. Plus, they hold the heat well

As ordered. I didnt expect these to be so beautiful, since I bought them to improve a sand battery by basalt heat coefficient.

These are heavy and feel so good on the body. Their size allows them to retain heat much longer than typical stones.

As a LMT, I use basalt stones as part of my practice. My go-to stone carrier was sold out so I ordered these from Amazon- they are perfect! My only complaint would be how these are shipped; one of the stones arrived chipped on the side. The flimsy box had opened in the 'padded envelope and the bag got thrown around. Better packaging would have prevented this.

One of them was cracked. But I did get immediate replacements from Amazon. The size was good for “large”. I won’t know until extended use if they will hold up like my other message stones.

My husband loves the deeper pressure of the massage and it is gentler on my joints.

I specifically went with this brand because the other reviews said the stones were round, no flat sides. Unfortunately, the ones I received have flat sides. They were also too big for me (not the company's fault). Will be returned because of the flat sides.
